Season 8 of the European Poker Tour (EPT) hits its full strike with EPT London, which offers the first extended poker festival of the EPT tour for the current season.

EPT London is always a big draw, with 848 players turning out for last year’s edition that saw David Vamplew take down the £900,000 first prize; Nacho Barbero’s win in the £20K High Roller event was worth £556,000 as well.
This year’s EPT London even promises just as much excitement, with the £5,250 Main Event, the High Roller, and the European 8-Game Championship tournament. EPT London is also the Grand Final of PokerStars’ UKIPT circuit.
The EPT London main event and side events will take place at the Hilton Metropole, while cash games and the European Championships will run at the Grosvenor Victoria Casino.
As far as playing your way to the event, PokerStars is your best shot, with numerous satellites and promos offering trip packages. Satellites run constantly once qualifying opens and include FPP tourneys that let some players freeroll their way to a trip of a lifetime to an EPT event.
